Backstory’s Engagement Dashboards enable users of all kinds to create intuitive, insightful views for any number of use cases. Additionally, ClosePlan's Deal Scorecards have proven to be a valuable tool for monitoring opportunity health and creating an informed course of action. Previously, Backstory provided a way to include your Scorecard scores in Engagement Dashboards with the help of creating custom opportunity fields.
Now available is the ability to embed your favorite Scorecards right in your own Engagement Dashboards!
This article will walk you through how to go about enabling it, as well as some other helpful information.
Note: Scorecards in Engagement Dashboards are only currently available for users on ClosePlan Version 1.260 or higher.

How to Enable ClosePlan Scorecard Data in Engagement Dashboards
The first step is to grant Backstory's Integration User access to read from ClosePlan Custom Objects, which can only be performed by the Salesforce administrator.
Navigate to the Salesforce Setup page and over to the Users setup page.
Select the name of the intended Backstory Integration user.
Hover over Permission Sets and select Edit Assignments
Enable the following permission sets:
ClosePlan: Sales Cloud User
ClosePlan: Sales Cloud Aux
The final two steps listed below are only if you wish to enable Account Scorecards in Engagement Dashboards.
An Account Plan must be flagged as primary for it to appear in Engagement Dashboards. Clicking the Assign Primary Account Plans button will flag all Account Plans as Primary, as long as they're the only active Account Plan.
If an Account has multiple active Account Plans, you can choose which plan is primary by selecting the button shown below.
