Engagement Dashboards’ sorting capabilities enable you to sort your data by a single column or design more complex sorting logic. This enables you to put your data in whatever order makes sense for your use case.

To sort by a single column, either ascending or descending, simply click on the name of the column.

To switch between ascending and descending, click again.

Alternatively, click the Sort icon above your dashboard’s column titles and select the desired column to sort by.

Columns that have sorting logic applied will show as having the following icon:

To sort by additional columns, open the sorting menu and click Add Another Column to Sort By.

Adding additional columns to your sorting logic will sort data in a second column once the primary column has exhausted non-zero values, like so:

To remove a column’s sorting, click into the sort icon above your table, and click the trash icon next to the column for which you’d like to remove sorting.
