The Domains page in the Admin Panel allows you to view a list of email domains designated as internal to your organization. When Backstory processes email and calendar activity, it checks the domains involved to determine whether a communication is internal or external. If a domain is missing from your list, activity involving that domain may be incorrectly tagged as external and synced to your CRM as customer or partner activity. Keeping your Domains list accurate ensures your email and calendar activity is captured and synced correctly.
Note: Viewing your Domains list requires a Backstory administrator account.

An accurate domains list prevents internal communications from being synced as external activities in your CRM.
Who can access and manage organization domains?
Only Backstory administrators can view the organization domains list. Updates must be requested through support@backstory.ai.
