Situation Search
Ask your MCP chat client how your organization has handled similar deals to the one you’re working on. Situation Search surfaces the most comparable deals from your organization's history and summarizes the tactics used to move forward.
Situation Search is the latest addition to the growing suite of tools built into the Backstory MCP, which allows AI chat clients like Claude to safely access your Backstory sales data.
Relationship Map Auto-Hierarchy
Use AI to automatically organize your relationship maps into multi-branch hierarchies. Instead of manually arranging contacts and reporting lines, you can generate a structured view of the account in a single step.
Relationship Map Templates
Admins can now set up reusable templates that you can apply to new relationship maps. Create consistent maps without rebuilding the same structure each time.
Forecast Field Comparisons
Admins can now configure forecasts to compare one forecast field to another (like Commit and Quota) and show a progress indicator in the rollup table. See how close you are to your quota without doing manual calculations.
Time Awareness in Backstories
Account and Deal Summaries in Backstories now include information about when the summaries were last updated.
