The Backstory: Your pipeline looks different this week than it did last week, and you need to explain why before your next pipeline review. Rather than digging through spreadsheets to reconstruct which deals moved, slipped, or closed, you open Pipeline Changes to see the full breakdown at a glance. This helps you spot trends, risks, and opportunities so you can walk into any conversation ready to act.
Pipeline Changes help you visualize how your pipeline has changed over time and why. The view compares one week or quarter to the next and breaks down the key events behind the movement, such as new deals, lost opportunities, slippage, or changes in deal value. This moves you beyond seeing variance numbers to understanding the reasons behind them, so you can identify what needs attention faster.
Pipeline Changes show you:
How your pipeline changed week-over-week or quarter-over-quarter.
Why it changed, broken down by category.
The biggest factors driving those changes.
The specific deals behind each movement.
Insights to guide discussions and help leaders take action faster.

Elements of Pipeline Changes
Each element of the view helps you understand the full story behind your pipeline movement.
Anchor points mark the start and end of the comparison. On the left, the view begins with the pipeline value from the previous period's close. On the right, it ends with the current projected pipeline value.
Movement buckets appear between these two anchor points and display the events that caused your pipeline to change. Each column shows both the total dollar amount and the number of opportunities represented:
Amount Increase / Decrease: Value adjustments to existing opportunities, such as upsells, downsells, or scope changes.
Slipped: Deals pushed to a future quarter, highlighting potential pipeline or forecasting risk.
Lost: Revenue permanently removed from the pipeline (closed lost).
New: Net-new pipeline added this period that contributes to the current forecast.
Pulled In / Pushed In: Deals that moved forward or were delayed within the same quarter, showing deal momentum.
Won: Revenue that successfully closed during the current period.
