How to Access the Dashboard

The dashboard is included in the latest ClosePlan Managed Package. Request the installation link from your CSM or install it via the ClosePlan Admin Releases tool. After installation, the dashboard automatically appears in the ClosePlan Dashboards folder for users with appropriate permissions.

How much data is needed for meaningful insights?

At least six months of ClosePlan usage across multiple opportunities is recommended for statistically relevant results.

Can the dashboard be customized?

Yes. You can apply standard Salesforce dashboard customizations such as filters, date ranges, and layout changes. Report-level edits require Salesforce admin access.

What if we don’t have data for all ClosePlan features?

Widgets with missing data will display “No data available.” Others will still show meaningful insights.

How often does the dashboard update?

Data refreshes on the same schedule as your standard Salesforce dashboards (usually every few hours).
