  2. The cloned plan will appear as a standalone Account Plan in the list.

An Account Plan can be moved to a different account if it is a standalone plan or the last plan in a nested set.

  2. Click the down arrow in the top right of the sidebar and select Change Account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can an account have more than one Account Plan?

Yes. Multiple Account Plans can be created for a single account. However, only one Account Plan can be designated as the Primary Account Plan at a time. The Primary Plan is visually indicated in the Account Plan list.

What is the difference between a Follow-up Plan and a Clone?

A Follow-up Plan is designed for continuity across planning periods. It is nested under the original plan and can carry forward Scorecard answers, Whitespace data, and other details. A Clone, on the other hand, creates an independent, standalone copy that is not linked to the original. Clones do not carry over Actions (tasks).

Why can't I delete my Account Plan?

You can only delete the last plan in a nested set. If your plan has Follow-up Plans beneath it, you'll need to delete those first before you can remove the parent plan.
