If you need to uninstall the Backstory Salesforce Connector package, follow the steps below in Salesforce.
From the Setup, navigate to the Build section and click on Installed Packages
Click the Uninstall button next to the package that you want to remove.
Confirm your intention to uninstall and click the Uninstall button
After an uninstall, Salesforce automatically creates an export file containing the package data, as well as any associated notes and attachments. When the uninstall is complete, Salesforce sends an email containing a link to the export file to the user performing the uninstall. The export file, along with its related notes and attachments, is listed below the list of installed packages. We recommend storing the file elsewhere because it’s only available for a limited period of time after the uninstall completes.
Tip: Read about Uninstalling a Package in Salesforce for more information.
