Admin Panel Page Directory

The Admin Panel is the central settings hub in Backstory where administrators configure and manage user accounts, data connections, and CRM synchronization. This directory lists every page in the Admin Panel and describes what you can do there, so you can quickly find the right place to get things done.

Note: Accessing and modifying settings in the Admin Panel requires a Backstory administrator account.

Access the Admin Panel

  1. Log into Backstory Engagement Dashboards as an administrator.

  2. Click the grid icon in the top left corner.

  3. Select Admin Panel.
